Office of the Director ; Administration and Supplies

The Office of Administration and Supplies provides human and material management services to the Oyo State House of Assembly. The Office supports the activities of the Office of the Clerk for a smooth running of daily activities in the Oyo State House of Assembly.

The Director of The Office of Administration and Supplies is Mr.Omokemi Fatai Oladotun

The Major functions of the Office are highlighted below:
1. Initiation, Formulation and Implementation of Government Policies.
2. Coordination of Personnel Matters, Training and Capacity Building Programmes for members of staff and political functionaries.
3. Coordination of Annual Promotion Exercise and Supervision of critical Assets of Government.
4. Handling and Coordination of Procurement Matters.
5. Processing of retirement, pension and gratuity matters.
6. Processing of NYSC and industrial attachment applications.
7. Processing of returns on confirmation, conversion and promotion exercise.
8. General Maintenance of Office and Equipment.
9. Preparation of Promotion Briefs, Supervision of Registries and Preparation of Personnel Cost Estimates.
10 .Supervising subordinate officers in the ante-room of superior officers and organizing the work in the offices.
11. Preparation of the Department monthly report of activities.
